In October 2019 we became Vango Brand ambassadors. The key reason for this is simply because we love the Vango brand and Vango products - nothing else! No other reason!
We will only revert to purchasing other brands if Vango do not produce that specific product we require.

7. Practical and useful products - all products we have purchased stand up to the job, they perform well in the outdoors - simple!
8. The 2 year after sales guarantee on most products - this is total peace of mind for us.
9. Amazing social media platforms for all campers including Vango Tribe, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
10. This company offer regular free prize draws across social media, these are key incentives for all campers.
11. We feel Vango offer the best air tube reliability in their Airbeam range of tents - we have genuinely tested other brands and they are just NOT as good!
12. They are the only mainstream camping manufacturer to attain the rating of “Great” on Trust Pilot and this says a lot about a company being independently rated by its consumers.

Summary
We have been on the receiving end of the excellent and industry leading customer service, in terms of courier dispatch of spare Airbeam’s and replacement pole section for our Rosewood tent within 48 hours!
However, with all this said if we review any product and it doesn’t perform or come up to the standard we expect we will most certainly feed this back to Vango and this will also form part of our product reviews. Open and honest is our policy.
